Add a user choice capability for displaying different capacity units in the GUI

The GUI Dashboard screen provides capacity information which is great for the user. However, the graphs are displayed in TiB, the mouseover tooltip displays values in kmod1. This is irritating for the user. Some users like to handle their capacity monitoring and planning in TiB, others in TB, again others in kmod1 and finally some others probably in cylinders. The idea is to provide the user a choice, e.g. with a small dropdown menu in the upper right corner (similar to StorM) to select the favorite capacity unit. The axis legend of the graphs, the provided values and the mouseover tooltips should adapt to the selected unit.
