Ability to Trigger Customized Client-Initiated Call Home via DSCLI or API

As a DS8000 user with numerous DS8000s in our environment, we do not currently have an automated method to trigger an IBM Health Check on one or more of our DS8000 systems. Due to security concerns, we do not currently have IBM Storage Insights implemented and it is unlikely we will ever be able to use it. Of course, we can manually create a case via the IBM website but this is time consuming and not automatable. 

It would be very useful if the DS8000 DSCLI and API made available a command that we could trigger  which would cause the DS8000 to do a call home. In our case, the call home would inform IBM support that we need to have support access the box to complete a health check. This would provide us with the ability to have our automation and command center very easily request a health check when needed in a much more efficient and timely manner without someone manually logging into the IBM website and filling out a form or calling the phone number. 

For other clients, there may be other more pressing needs so the ability to customize IBM's response for the client-initiated call home would be ideal long-term.
