DS8K - DSCLI as a docker image

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

It would be great if IBM can offer the DSCLI as a docker image for zCX. As s390x architecture is already supported, it would be great to have this available as a docker image to reduce the overhead to manually install it.

As the standalone DSCLI is required to enable SDT (Secure Data Transfer) for TCT (Transparent Cloud Tiering) with customer certificates, only the standalone DSCLI supports file upload.

Additionally, according to the most recent documentation available here https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ds8900/9.4.0?topic=interface-supported-operating-systems-ds-cli IBMs current zOS Systems are not supported like zOS 2.4, zOS 2.5, zOS 3.1.
