Increase logical paths limit of 512 for Control Unit

We had this idea opened for z/OS and HCD (https://ibm-z-hardware-and-operating-systems.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/ZOS-I-4129), but through cases TS017155124 and TS017074516, it was suggested to open an IDEA directed to the DS8Ks.

We use shared DASDs to transmit data between sysplexes. Currently, we have about 70 z/OS systems with more 70 backup lpars (CBU).

If we use 4 chpids to access those devices, that already reaches 4*140 = 560 paths to each LCU. We are moving towards a configuration where CBU lpars are defined with 3 chpids per LCU, and the tendency is going down.
