Add REST API function to LIST the current certificate installed on DS8K systems

Hello team,

Our team is working with a customer to automate certificate management for certificates installed on RACF, installed on DS8K, and installed on zHMC, to facilitate this process, reduce the amount of effort and decrease the change of having the certificates expired, which would be causing issues.

So far, DS8K provides REST APIs to generate CSRs and install certificates outside of the web GUI, but for some reason it does not provide an endpoint to LIST the current certificate.

This idea suggests the creating of functions on DS8K REST API to:

  • List current certificate

This will enable the user to see the status of the current certificate, if it is close to expiration or not.

Thank you!
