Improved LDAP support for Security Administrator users in DS8000

If you want to use the Export/Import LDAP Remote Authentication configuration option, and you have at least one Security Administrator (SA) user defined, when you Import the existing configuration in a new DS8000, the SA user is not imported because normally you use a Storage Administrator user. Only SA user can define a SA user.
But after you Import an existing configuration, then the process will activate it, so making it impossible to use the SA user. If you want to add again the SA user you have to Disable the active policy (and this cause both HMC reboot), and using the Initial policy login with a secadmin user to define again the SA user to Remote Authentication configuration. Finally you have to activate again the LDAP configuration.
So to improve the whole process, I suggest to include also SA users during the Import phase (eventually asking for user password or something like that), or any modification to avoid HMCs reboot.
