DSCLI updated to work with Azul JAVA

Oracle are looking to charge customers for JAVA utilities.

https://redresscompliance.com/decoding-oracle-java-licensing-java-licensing-changes-2023/#:~:text=entire%20employee%20population.-,Did%20Oracle%20change%20the%20Java%20license%3F,old%20PROC%20and%20NUP%20models.

It would be nice if we could still use tools such as DSCLI w/o incurring Oracle JAVA licensing costs.  Can DSCLI be updated to work with Azul JAVA.

from the readme file of DSCLI install:
Q: Do I need to have Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installed before I can run this install?
A: Yes. DS CLI does not bundle any JVM in the installation package. Therefore, before installing DS CLI, you need to have JRE already installed on your target machine.

Q: What are the JRE requirements for the DS CLI.
A: The DS CLI requires Java 8, or later, to be installed. The DS CLI installation CD is no longer shipped with any Java JVM packages, so it is now recommended that you
obtain a platform-specific JRE 1.8 from an appropriate vendor.
