DS8 2 Improvements to Create Volumes from Host Context Menu

  1. When a user chooses the Create Volumes option from the Host context menu, that it limit down the provided options to volume types that are actually compatible to the Host Type. Eg if the host is AS/400 then only include "Create Volumes for IBM i".

  2. When a user chooses the Create Volumes option from the Host context menu, the create volume copy sets wizard should start with the context that if a user chose to create volumes for this host, then to set that host as the host to map the volumes to in the create volume set dialogue. Otherwise a user will choose to create volumes for "Host A" but then when they still need to go choose to Map those volumes to "Host A" anyways.
