Enhancement to DS8K's HMC power supply redundancy

We request more power paths for HMC of DS8K.

My customer had the incident that two IO enclosures (#3 and #4) fail in DS8886 and both HMCs were cut off from the power path, making the HMCs unusable.

As a result, logging and remote support could not be worked by the HMCs, and it took a long time to restore the system.

The customer also installed some DS8950F boxes, which have been redesigned so that the path between the HMC and the PDU does not go through the IO enclosure, but there is only one power path from each of the two HMCs (two paths in total). This is noted as inadequate considering the role of the HMC.

Given the importance of the failure of the HMC, which would also prevent DS8K from call home, logging, and remote support, we request improvements such as changing the power path from 2 to 4 routes.
