Add more Debug Tools in DS8xxx to implement Data At Rest

When trying to implement Data At Rest encryption, we got several problems to establish communication with the key servers. On DS8xxx side (which is the client in the relation), messages for debugging are not really explicit. On Key Server side, nothing permits to diagnose precisely the problem.

The idea is to give customer more tools to diagnose the problem, because only IBM support can browse logs and issue commands from the DS8xxx :

- permit customer to browse the DS8xxx logs or return the parts of the logs relative to the errors encountered in the SSL handshake process with various debug levels (summary, verbose, etc )

- permit customer to issue openssl commands from the DS8xxx to check the communication and certificates exchanged during intent of establishing communication

This would help to resolve more quickly the problems and avoid to wait for IBM support answers.
