DS8000 - Allow for volume names greater than 16 characters

The IBM DS8000 currently only allows for volumes names less than or equal to 16 characters in length. This is highly restrictive for systems with hosts that have a large number of volumes. Primarily because it is hard to provide a meaningful name that includes the name of the host and where the volume is mounted.
