RELATED IDEAS

When cases are created it would be beneficial if we could change the case owner from the default based on who is dealing with the issue .

This would prevent unnecessary updates to the default case owner when they may not be interested . When we have a large number of cases to deal with sometime it would be better to just get updates for cases that you are interested in .

    Yes this is an idea for the CSP platform . Ive tried to add to that portal but you need an IBM email address to access it which I dont have .
