Offer options for excluding the accumulation of some messages related to Safeguarded Copies taken off the GM Secondary in the DSGUI Events

I currently have no visibility on events that occurred more than 3 hours ago on my primary site DS8950F because of a flood of informative " Remote Relationship State Changed" caused by the CGPAUSE needed for the SGC process taking place at secondary site. With over 4000 volumes each generating 2 messages every 30 minutes, more important events get rolled off way too fast. For instance, last night a Brocade replication switch reported a (transient) problem on a port used by the DS8950F for outbound replication.  When I saw the email notification this morning and wanted to check the DS8900F to see what, if anything, it had recorded in regards to this, I found I was way too late.

Making the number of displayed log entries larger would also address this, but would need to be paired with more robust filtering.
