Retain a backup of Copy Services Manager installer file, when CSM was upgraded via DS CLI installsoftware process

During DS8000 HMC reload or upgrade, CSM is back-leveled if the Customer had previously upgraded to a higher level, using the installsoftware process. The installsoftware process removes the CSM installer file upon successful completion, making it impossible to automatically re-upgrade CSM after an HMC reload or upgrade. HMC reload should be able to detect that CSM was upgraded, and rerun the CSM upgrade using the installer file from the partner HMC. Or, if HMC filesystem space is an impediment, we already backup microcode bundles and CSM backups to the LPARs, so why not also the CSM installer package? Our HMC reload and upgrade processes should be returning the HMC to the Customer with all of their configuration and functionality intact. This backleveling of CSM is a major aggravation factor for some our Customers who run CSM on DS8000 HMCs. "Broken as designed" is not an acceptable position.
