Add the IBM Case Number to the DS8K Event when a Call Home is performed

By having the Case Number in the Events logs, this saves time involved with logging on to the DS8K HMC to obtain the Case Number. It can also be useful in identifying situations where AOS is not operating correctly (no Case Number generated).

This functionality is already part of the design. It was delivered in Release 8.3. If you log into DSGUI using a Service user, you will be able to see the PMH on each Call Home event. The Storage admin can create a user, putting the Service role.
