Alter SGC volume threshold percentage via DSCLI

Currently 85% is the default set in IBM DS8k for SGC volumes threshold. To modify this percentage and to get alerting much earlier, this can be done only by IBM DS8K support team by modifying structure csSfgContNotifThreshold. If the option is available via DSCLI, it will help us in alerting much in advance and reduces chance of SGC volume becoming full.


Below alert is generated when it crosses the default threshold of 85%

The physical space constraint has been relieved. Safeguarded capacity for volume xxx in pool P0 is 86% full. Running out of capacity for this volume could cause roll off of older Safeguarded copies
