    DS8K won´t deliver this functionality in 5+ years. This is not in our long term Delivery Roadmap plan.

    We ( I and my colleague Saifuldeen A. Mohammed) have preparing a plan for a multi-Year project in Iraq " Cognitive AI Driven e-Government based on IBM Cloud Satellite" using 5G Networks We intend to complete our preparations and plans in 2023. therefore, we already have submitted ideas to the IBM Ideas Portal.
