Provide IP filtering capability for the DS8000 platform

Provide IP filtering capability (or an allow list) that would allow customer inbound access to the DSGUI, DSCLI and WUI (HMC) for a list of configurable IP addresses (IPv4 or IPv6 format) or DNS names and explicitly deny everything else. The IP filter rules should be costumer customizable and should be only allowed using a security administrator role. The list must be able to handle 0-16 entries. There must be an option to enable or disable the IP filtering feature. This capability should not be field customizable unless appropriate privileges have been granted by the customer. It would be desirable to have the capability to specify either individual IP addresses/DNS names, a subnet or a combination of individual IP addresses/DNS names & subnets within the allow list. Any modifications to the IP filters should issue appropriate security events in the DS8000 syslog and should be available to the customer.
