Ability to run initckdvol as it is often needed during DASD refresh

During DASD refreshes, we perform multiple times full data push to the new frames so that the application teams can do as much testing on the new frames. And IBM recommends us to run initckdvol before we do a new full push to the new frame since these are thin devices. Initckdvol will clean the data on the frames and return the unused extents back to the extent pool.

Below is a response I got from Matt (IBM DS8K SME): "However there is still some possibility especially for the larger environments that there could be a timeout and subsequent suspend. Using the initckdvol commands (and throttling them) will complete the space release on the target prior to the establish of the PPRC pairs and avoid any possibility of a suspend".

So I would like to request a initckdvol option on the CSM so that before a full push, we can execute initckdvol command on CSM and then start. This will really help us during refreshes. Currently we are submitting via DSCLI manually and CSM option would really help us.

Still investigating if this is actually possible. Discussing the need for this with DS8000 development.
