Ability to run selected Scheduled Task Actions Concurrently

The new feature that allows CSM to IPL LPARs for cyber validation could be exploited even more effectively by allowing multiple IPLs to take place simultaneously. In an environment with multiple LPARs that need to be IPLed, doing them serially presents a significant time delay compared to all being IPLed simultaneously. Ideally, users could specify (some?) CSM Actions within a Scheduled Task that could be issued concurrently and CSM would wait until all those specific Actions complete successfully before continuing with the next Action in the Task.
