Integrate SGC Hold and Release Commands into 4 Site Replication Enhanced session

The recently delivered SGC Hold and Preserve Backups command and the SGC Release Backup Expiration command are extremely useful for certain clients. In a 4 site environment, the Scheduled Task to automate this process must either me modified upon data center swaps or multiple tasks must be created and Enabled/Disabled since there are multiple SGC sessions depending on a user's current data center. 

It is requested to integrate these two commands into the 4 Site Replication Enhanced session since that session knows which is the current SGC site. This would greatly simplify the user's changes and enable greater automation of the solution.
