Better handling of Install Directory Size limitation during CSM upgrade

When CSM server is upgraded, if CSM identifies that the install library size is more than a value (in case of 6.3.14 it is 17,350MB), it just throws an error message and ends without further indication on what are the resolution possibilities.  Herewith is a sample message that is currently being issued:

"The install directory c:\program Files\IBM\CSM of size 21,160Mb and has exceeded the allowable size 17,350Mb."

It would be better if one of the following is done as an alternative option in an upcoming release:

    - Thow a better message indicating the resolution option.  For example:  "The install directory c:\program Files\IBM\CSM of size 21,160Mb and has exceeded the allowable size 17,350MB. Reduce the install directory size - possibly by cleaning up old CSM backups.  Once cleanup is completed restart the installation" - this is the minimal improvement to the current process.

   - Better alternative: In addition to the above message, instead of ending the installation, it can list the possible cleanup files including the list of old backups (say leaving last 1/5th of most recent ones).  Along with the path to locate and do the cleanup.  Optionally it can also list those as selectable (multi-select options) and wait for the response to restart/continue the installation.

Benefit: without the error message being descriptive enough, we end up in going behind the server team (such as windows) and suspect that the policy in the server is restricting the same.  The above option provided will give a clear resolution option for the CSM admin.
