Ability to Start a Scheduled Task at a certain Step

For users with Scheduled Tasks comprised of multiple actions, it would be very helpful to provide the capability to restart a task after a task failure. The restart would skip the actions that were successfully completed thus greatly simplifying error scenarios. To provide maximum flexibility, CSM could provide the capability to specify the step at which to start when running a Scheduled Task.

As an example, say I have a scheduled task with 13 steps. I run the scheduled task and the first 4 complete successfully and the 5th fails. I now have to manually carry out the remainder of the steps or modify the Scheduled Task or create a temporary Task as I have no way to restart the Task at step 5. In some cases, I might want to resolve the error and rerun step 5 and the following steps. In other cases, I may want to skip step 5 and continue with the rest of the Actions.

By providing something akin to a "Run Task at Step #" capability, CSM would cover both of these and other cases.
