New Synchronize and Swap command related to Active and Standby Servers

Create a new command that would combine the steps to synchronize a Standby server and then automatically swap the Active and Standby servers once the initialize synchronize completes. For larger environments where server synchronization takes an extended period of time, this command would save a user a tremendous amount of time compared to watiing for the first sync to complete, then waiting for the takeover to complete, and then waiting for yet another sync to complete in the opposite direction.
