Temporarily Pause SGC Backup Schedule

Clients taking SGC backups on a regular basis, especially those using a frequent interval, may want to temporarily pause those SGC backups during periods of low activity. For instance, a bank taking SGC backups numerous times per day may want to not take backups during weekends and bank holidays. This idea is to for CSM to provide the capability for a client to direct it to pause the backup processing during a certain interval. For example, SGC backup processing would stop Saturday at 9 am and resume Monday at 9 am. If there was a holiday that Monday, then the SGC backups processing would resume Tuesday at 9 am.

Furthermore, I would ask that CSM extend the retention of the backups taken previously to the pause such that the pause is effectively ignored for purposes of expiration. In other words, if the normal expiration period is 24 hours, that expiration would be extended for the duration of the pause. (48 hours on a normal weekend, 72 hours when there is also a holiday on Monday, etc). For example, for the US 4th of July holiday taking place on a Friday, July 4, 2025, processing would stop Friday morning at 9 am and resume Monday morning at 9am. Under normal processing, the SGC backups created on Thursday July 3 would then all expire immediately when SGC processing is restarted on Monday morning since they would all be beyond their 24 hour expiration. In this case, we would want that expiration extended by 72 hours so they would expire one at a time during the day Monday just like they would have on the next day if the SGC backup pause did not occur.
