Add a SYSLOG option for console logs

In addition to having the option to view the console logs in the user interface add an option to offload to a syslog server similar to hardware platforms (DS8, VTS, etc).

    Hi,

    This is a much-needed feature for CSM audit logs to be able to be managed remotely for clients running CSM from the DS8K. We as a large enterprise, are centralising our observability stack to better manage monitoring and alerting from a single pane of glass. With CSM managing critical assets such as safe-guarded copies of our data, there is an urgent need for security auditing and logging of activities that could compromise this asset.

    This is already supported and doc'd here. Because CSM supports install on multiple Operating Systems, some of those OSs don't have a built in rsyslog capability. But we doc how you can do this if there is an rsyslog installed on the server or the customer installs their own. The hw mentioned does it because they have a single OS which already contains the rsyslog support.

    I'll leave this open to see if we can include one automatically in the code. But it might have to be open source which will be limiting. So I would follow the instructions below as I'm not sure when we'd be able to embed one.
