Dscli output file in code page IBM-1047 when running in z/OS environment

I use dscli from Z/OS system and using Java batch procédure.
When i execute the following commands :
offloadfile -perfdata /tmp
offloadfile -fcdata /tmp

the resulting file is in code page iso8859-1 and not ibm-1047.
So to interpret the file file i need to use an iconv and after do an cp command to write the result on an z/OS file.
Why dscli program can't convert automatically the file to the good code page like CSM java program?

    This is a DSCLI feature request. The DSCLI code is owned by the DS8000 team. CSM only provides a ship vehicle for the DSCLI.

    Please open the IDEA on the DS8000 component.
