Improve the Logical Path Change alert to be more specific.

Currently, when a connection is temporarily dropped, we receive an email alert (like the one shown below) to notify us that a path has gone down.

In the DS8K log, we can see when the path goes down, & when comes back up, but the alerts show the same information either way, not clearly stating if a path was removed or added/brought back online.

When we receive multiple emails indicating that the logical paths may be in an error state, our data center calls the storage admins after hours to investigate, because they have no way of knowing when the path came back online. Having this information clearly stated in the email alerts would be helpful.
