Show a User-Defined Instance name at the top of every CSM GUI page

Many clients have multiple CSM instances in their environment for Active and Standby servers plus multiple instances of servers for different workloads or different storage systems. It can get confusing when an admin needs to manage systems running on these multiple CSM instances especially if domain names are not used for the URLs. Providing the ability for an admin to create a user-defined CSM Instance name would reduce potential confusing and resulting mistakes; something similar can be done on the DS8900F GUI.

We would like to have this user-defined CSM Instance name show up at the top of every CSM GUI page - maybe somewhere in the top menu similar to how the logged in username shows up.
