Add certificate JKS synchronizing between Primary and Standby Servers

Our INSOSEC department does not allow any self-signed certificates in our environment.  All certificates must be CA-Signed.   We currently run our Primary  CSM on z/OS to make it simple to manage Hyperswap sessions.   We run our Standby Servers on HMC  since that CSM software is already available at our H3 site running the HMC's there with our H3 disk.   The problem is we installed CA-signed certs to secure port 9561 and now the Primary CSM server cannot connect to the Standby Server on port on 9561.   The HMC can only use IBM self-signed certs so now our CSM on z/OS with CA-signed certs cannot connect.     Since HMC seems to be a closed environment we need CSM to sync  either the certificate or the JKS  so that after a synchronization the primary and standby can connect using the CA-signed certs.   See IBM ticket TS015258175 for more info.
