Allow different size volumes at target in a Flashcopy session or Make Migration session to same DS8K.

This will allow move disks to bigger sizes on same DS8K. I was using CSM to disk migration but when I tried to run on same DS8K I got an error. So, I have to run the FCESTABL on zOS, which worked perfectly with different sizes at target. The benefit is that the client will be more confident on CSM use.  fyi( I was running CSM at DS8K HMC)

    Will look at being able to Flash to different size volumes. However, the Migration session should have no issues working on the same DS8000. In fact that's how I test interally the majority of the time. Please reach out or open a support ticket to see what the issue is getting it to work to the same system. You do have to setup physical loop back pathing so that the logical paths back to the same box can be setup for the GC replication. Perhaps that's the issue.
