Add a user timeout option for the user interface of Copy Services Manager

I know that there is not an option to set a user time out for the user interface of CSM. Due to security and audit reasons there is a need to have a user be logged out after a certain idle time. Having the option to set this to maybe 30 minutes or another value (or turn off) would help in being compliant with security protocols in various lines of business. It can just be an option in the 'server properties'.
