    Add HMC's IP address when creating certificate signing request on DS8K GUI

    Currently the certificate signing request created via the DS8K's GUI only allow to have the HMC's DNS in it. If we could add the HMC's IP then both the connection via the DNS and the IP would be secure after the certificate is imported.
