Support Windows 2012 Deduplication

Add "number of copies/locations/storagepools" to q archive client output

'rate' as a filtervalue parameter for lsvdisk

Ability to issue 'lsvdisk' command and have a filtervalue of 'rate' to identify those vdisks that have throttling applied. Currently one has to issue 'lsvdisk' command to all vdisks to identify which are being throttled.

HSMのスタブファイル単位でのリカバリー機能の追加

マイグレーション後に作成されるスタブファイルを削除してしまった場合、ファイルのリカバリーはdsmmigundeleteコマンドでファイルシステム単位でしかできない仕様になっています。前述の仕様をファイル単位でもリカバリーできるように仕様変更をお願いします。

SVC rediscover new/changed mdisk paths non disruptively

Ability to modify paths to mdisks and have svc either dynamically, or via a command, rescan and discover these paths and then rebalance mdisks on all paths. This is to be non disruptive to any on going I/O.
