Delete selective export vol from volhist

Currently if i make mistake and create an export node with wrong domain, i need to delete node to turn the tape back to scratch. There is no way currently to selectively remove an bad export vol from a list of valid export nodes.

Avoid OS reboot by the time of applying a fix/FP.

Each time applying a fix/FOR, it will require reboot OS. It has to be applied those fix without reboot as other product such as ARCserve and some other products.
