Update to TSMJBB daemon

We have been having AIX lpars with busy filesystems, 'lock up' with the tsmjbbd daemon running. It would be better if the tsmjbbd could issue some sort of warning instead of locking up the server. The PMR that caused this request was 82029.082.000...

Support for SQL Server Express Edition

Please support SQL Server Express Edition. Technically, this should be no different than Standard Edition.

q event * * historical=yes

q event * * is very slow, because it build up future events too. I spoke to Colin Dawson at TSM Symposium 2015, and making a command like q event for historical events olny should be quite simple to include as an option.

SQL Log backup to report which DBs are excluded

When doing a MS-SQL log backup, DBs in simple mode are excluded from processing (which is good). However, it would be nice to get a list of which DBs are excluded in the report not only the # of excludes in order to be able to alert the DBAs of this.

Vmware : TSM for VE Oracle VSS Support

Oracle under Windows provides the possibility to run VSS Backup of Oracle. I have found several RFPs where Customes are requesting this feature. I think we should give support to this type of backup.
