Allow no lock control option on specific protocol exports

Some workloads do not need ensuring lock and an offering if parallel access will be needed or not (specially for CIFS). So for some workloads CTDB would not necessarily be used on all exports

GUI vs. waiters

GUI thread fork()s mmlsfs ... but when the cluster is hanging anyway .. it does not makes any sense , maybe GUI can be optimized to check cluster state/waiters ... As if a cluster hnags (has waiters) adding more monitoring hanging processes on top...

More detailed queue information for SpectrumScale AFM prefetch via the use of a reference ID.

We would like IBM to consider tagging SpectrumScale AFM prefetch requests with a request id such that we can reference the status of a particular request - in particular if there's multiple requests being performed on a single fileset.

Extend the current limits of maximum number of dependent and independent filesets (1000 / 10000) min. by a factor 10 and best by factor 40.
