Autodeploy over SSL

Enable autodeploy over an SSL connection. Currently, autodeploy fails if a TSM client is configured to use SSL. As SSL communications become more common/required, autodeploy over SSL should be available.

TDP for Hyper-v vm replication fail.

When using TDP for Hyper-V. VM's are not able to use Microsoft replication thru Hyper-V Manager due to the fact that vm files are changed from VHD to AVHD format.

Integrate AD for user authentication in ESS

Currently the Storage Team uses root to log into the ESS I/O nodes and EMS but it would be nice to set them to integrate with Active Directory for non-root users. We assume other customers use AD for authentication on their EMS and I/O nodes.
