mmauth grant should also work for already mounted clusters

mmauth grant ... -a ro requires a remount on the remote side (which is not documented, BTW). This is a problem as the remote cluster may not be controlled by you.

Add zstd as a compression option

It's great to have lz4 and Z as compression options but it would be nice to additional some additional compression options such as zstd.

Monitor Spectrum Archive components in mmhealth

Spectrum Archive is missing from mmhealty. Please add monitoring of services and sub-component status similar to tiering to cloud. Lots of library, drive, cartridge and task statuses are easily available from the eeadm command.
