DB backup not running on all nodes in oracle

we have customers with oracle DBs that have some DBs registered in all nodes but that are not running in all nodes, and the SPP cannot backup these DBs, it is necessary to make the SPP capable of doing so

This is info is related to IBM Spectrum RTM tool license usage. Currently we could only able to monitor Lmstat and RLM license usage via RTM monitoring toll. Here my request is we need to be added all the types of license daemon services and need to be fetch license usages via RTM tool.

Because currently I could not able to add this Lsdyna and Matlab license server information and could not able to fetch this license usage. In case if we add this option, then LSF administrator and uses will get more gain. Currently we could only ...
