    Provide Support for Tiering to Tape for Spectrum Protect Plus Data

    Spectrum Protect does not allow Data from Spectrum Protect Plus getting tiered from Container Pool to Tape, at current only Tiering to a Cloud Pool, but only to cloud storage classes that support the rapid recall of data.
