Allow automatic checkin of returned DRM volumes

It would be useful to be able to checkin tapes that have come back from offsite as scratch automatically, instead of having to do a MOVE DRM on them first (or after checking in as private).

Working Version for tsm 6.3 on solaris 10 x86

hello, this is not really a new feature. on ibm webpages, solaris 10 x86 is "not supported" for the server and client. so it wood be good to have versions for solaris10 x86
