Alerting creation with OR condition

Currently multi conditional condition rule are using AND condition, in some situation ( for example where the threshold is the same) it would be efficient to create one rule with a OR condition

Add Year to the date/time stamp in the reports.

Requirement to have the year in the time stamp, to allow for auditing trail of when the report was generated. Currently only the month and the day is provided in the report.
