Support for TLS on SMTP servers (Office 365)

Journal Based Backup Stall

In this case, the journal database was not updating and so backups became stale until a Full Incremental was run. This request is for a monitoring alert for when the journal db does not receive any updates, perhaps in the last 24 hours.
