Add ability to mail data to TSM

The ability to mail data directly from TSM from TSM scripts. This would be used primarily to send notification emails for tape movements.

Add Node classification option to node properties

An additional option on the node to specify it as a production / non-production node. other classifications could be added to this list of possible node status's.

dsmc query backup -encryption=yes

An option should be added to dsmc and gui to query backup for encrypted files. In addition, you should be able to query backup for files that are not encrypted.

Win TSM Client Edit Preferences automatically restarts "TSM Scheduler"

If Edit Preferences make changes to the options file, the “TSM Scheduler” service should be automatically restarted.

Recover TSM client after network breakdown

When TSM client is running and if a network breakdown happens, when network comes back, the user has no clue to find out what has been backed up and what the TSM client is going to do (which is not restarting, by the way).
