MS SQL support for Linux Host (both physical and virtual)

Customer will start tests this year with MS SQL on Linux. This will be tested on physical machines as well as on virtual appliances. They also need to backup this databases. At the moment ISP for Databases and ISP4VE only supports MS-SQL on Windows.

Support of client specified encryption (password) is needed for client side deduplication. This feature is desired to cover all types of clients from IBM - Backup-Archive, TSM4VE, TDP for SQL, TDP for mail and so on.

Change the user running admin schedules
