GUI Audit Log Improvements

Streamline GUI Audit logging. It's a little noisy which makes it a challenge to seek out legitimate events. There are also basic critical events/actions that should be included which appear to be missing.

Drives and paths only the both status' ONLINE and OFFLINE. An additional one "MAINTENANCE" or "OFFLINE asap" would be extremely useful for the preparation of maintenance (especially unplanned due to an error) to get a library free of accesses.
