Ticket overview in Storage Insights

We would like to have the possibility to view all tickets, open ongoing tickets and closed aswell in the same window. As for now we have no overview to see all tickets but we have to manually open the "Tickets" tab under each system.

IBM Storage Snapshots support for Virtualize, Flash Systems and Storwize in SPP

SPP should be able to benefit from IBM Storage Snapshots (Flash Copy) during backup by using them to minimize the impact of the backup on the system to be backed up and, if necessary, to accelerate the backup process.
