Vmware : TSM for VE Oracle VSS Support

Oracle under Windows provides the possibility to run VSS Backup of Oracle. I have found several RFPs where Customes are requesting this feature. I think we should give support to this type of backup.

TSM granular restore from tape

The TSM for VMware vsphere plugin does not allow for a disk to be mounted for granular restore when the guest is saved on tape. . This is available through the TSm Ve recovery agent but not from the VMware plugin .

Password is removed when entering the configuration tab on TSM for VE 7.1.1
