SnapProtect functionnality with TSM using VMware and LVM

SnapProtect is a new function from the nSeries. We need TSM to catalog the snapshots created by the nSeries and be able to restore file level directly from the snapshot. Other solution on the market is already available to offer this solution.

Exclude a Linux disk from TSM for VE backup

On Linux virtual machines, exclude disks from TSM/VE backups by their scsi number (e.g. scsi0, scsi1). TSM/VE can query Virtual Center, so it should know everything from that about each virtual machine and its disk(s).

XFS support with TDP for VMware
